Subaru recommends a minimum schedule of inspection and maintenance at 7,500 miles or 7.5 months (whichever comes first) and recommends more frequent check on the fluid levels (engine oil, coolant, etc.). Refer to your manual for more specifics.

Do I need to replace all four tires at once on my Subaru?
In cars with all-wheel-drive systems, like Subarus, the differential and the computer work together to send the right amount of torque to each wheel (to minimize slippage and maximize control). If one tire is brand new and three are worn, the computer’s reading will be incorrect—the result is the differential will work too hard. Drive like this for a period of time and you’ll burn out the drive-train. If your set of 4 tires is new (couple thousand miles old) then you might be all right. To be safe, give us a call.
